Peaceful Molloy Island, on the south western tip of the state, is home to the most beautiful Balga trees (Grasstrees). They tower up through the forest canopy competing for sunlight. I saw this cluster from the balcony of my holiday home, and walked down to take in the sight. It is humbling to be among these beautiful trees. There is so much history tied up to these uniquely Australian shapes.
