Back Beach Sunset
Description
A ridge of volcanic basalt which surfaces at Back Beach in Bunbury sets the scene of a dramatic sunset. The white beach sand shifts drastically throughout the year, the place never looks quite the same.
On my first visit, I captured this image. Both the sky and the earth provided a similar reflection of each other. The beautiful orange light of sunset burst out above sharp jagged clouds, as did the reflection of the sunset contrast with the sharp black rocks that surrounded it.
