Works on the podium levels of the 71 meter residential tower are progressing solidly, with the shape starting to redefine the intersection of Mill Point Road and Harper Terrace.
The 21 story building will contain 118 apartments, in what is destined to become a hotspot on the South Perth peninsula.
Opposite the Red Cabbage restaurant and the future 122 meter Civic Heart building, the new apartment building is going to provide residents with a wonderful lifestyle, close to Swan River activities and a moderate walk to the city.
