Sunset in Augusta

Description

I spent some time chasing the sun around WA. The purity of sunlight and the enormous power it has over the world is beautiful. I wanted to capture that in print.

In Augusta, I waited on the beach as the sun lowered to the horizon. I stood behind the camera smiling as the thick bands of crepuscular rays exploded through the atmosphere. The salty sea breeze was, in a sense, intoxicating. The rhythmic sound of waves rolling over the rocky shore put me into a deep relaxation. There was nothing I would rather be doing at this point.
